Detailed Description

A response the server sent without being asked (HTTP/2 server push).

The PUSH_PROMISE pseudo-headers describe the request. response carries its response and is read like any other. Calling Cancel() on response resets the pushed stream and stops the transfer.

Reachable only when Http2Options::enable_push was set on the connection.
