Detailed Description

Where an entry was declared, for an entry that was found by reading source.

Absent for everything that arrived from a live registry or from the embedded snapshot: a registry knows what it holds and not where the text that put it there was written. Present for what discover::Discover read out of a project, which is what lets "go to symbol" leave the flow and land on the ActionSchema itself.

1-based line and column, the convention every other position in these formats uses.
